All this unit needs is someone to get it on the road. The only reason we are selling this unit is we have reached the age that we cannot travel as much as we would like. This unit is in good condition there are no leaks in the unit. RV has been winterized every year. No rust dints or dings on the body. The paint is perfect. The RV has been checked out by the Dodge dealership with no issues found. Main starting battery has just been replaced and new wiper blades have been put on. Maintenance on this vehicle is very low, oil changes are not at all expensive as some other brands of RV's. This RV is easy to drive and you can park it anywhere. You can go downtown and park it in any parking space with ease just like you would park your truck. It has a full bathroom with black & gray holding tanks. It has a sink with water filter, two burner stove, 21 inch TV. It has a dual water heater that heats water for hot water and heat. It has a microwave and refrigerator. It also has a 30 gallon fresh water tank. It has a 100 watt solar panel with backup batteries and gas generator. RV has a screen door on the sliding door and a snap screen for the back door once doors are opened. It has an electric awning that opens for plenty of shade with accent lights. There is also a separate light on the awning side as well as one in the back.
