There are no waste water storage tanks but there is a grey water drain connection for a hose to direct to the sink water to a drain. There is no toilet facility but comes with a portable bucket toilet.

We bought this new and are only selling this because we purchased a Sprinter RV Motor home. We have taken this to Utah, California and on numerous shorter outings. We love it but no longer need it.

Everything, including all features and appliances, work as new. It is very clean and well maintained. Stored under roof when not in use.

This RV, at ~2200# tows very nicely and it is easy to forget you are towing a trailer until you start up a steep incline.

Disclosure: 1) We had someone run into it in a parking lot but the damage has been repaired to be better than new and almost unnoticeable. 2) The original design trapped water on the front edge and was not adequately sealed. This resulted in floor water damage that has been repaired with solid wood and has been sealed so that it will not happen again. 3) The skylights and roof vent sealant needs to be reapplied periodically.

Please only serious inquiries who have the funds readily available in cash.

Thanks
