Great hybrid. Purchased brand new. Used one to three times a year. Better than a pop-up. The three full size beds easily pull down(less work). It provides a lot of room, especially if you don't use all the beds. Each bed has privacy curtain. Sleeps up to 10 people. The sofa & table convert to beds. Very comfortable. Includes refrigerator, freezer, stovetop, microwave, water heater, deep sink, furance, A/C, AM/FM/MP3/ipod radio. The shower and toilet were never used. There is plently of storage cabinets for pantry, clothes, whatever else. RV has 13ft retractable awning. We used it mostly at electrical sites. But easy enought to use generator if needed. It is very clean and well kept. Easy to tow. RV has clear title. It's ready to go!!
