Pros, replaced the cooling unit in the fridge, replaced the electric fire place, brand new tires

Cons, WIll need a new rear AC, and pilot light valve in oven and most likely new batteries if you arnt planning to stay in an RV park!
if recieve asking price for the trailer, im willing to deduct the price of a new Ac of the final agreement price, just dont have the time and means to take care of it myself!
