Description
My boys are off to college so its time to sell my beloved RV. Perfect for a young family – this rig has a decades of life left, a clean title in hand and no accidents.
CHASSIS – Ford E450 dually w/ultra-reliable, powerful, nimble Triton V10 engine; serviced annually and *never* a mechanical issue.
POWER – 2x6-volt coach batteries are wired in series and charged from shore, generator or alternator. 3-4 days of boondocking power. Abundant LED lights & propane-powered fridge/heaters conserve power. 120v microwave and air conditioning require shore power or the generator. No solar… don’t need it!
HEAT – A large propane tank fuels forced-air heat, the water heater, stove and refrigerator.
WATER – 50 gals of fresh+4 gal hot+22 gal black+34 gal gray water tanks. Easy to winterize.
MAINTENANCE – Meticulous: all maintenance records, chassis and appliance manuals are available for inspection and will transfer with sale.
SEATING – 7 seatbelts: two forward facing in the cab, 5 bench.
SLEEPING – 6 spots: two awesome rear 80” Twin XL bunks; Queen size cabover with ladder and child safety net; one 80” Twin XL single plus one 74” Twin convertile to a King bed.
EATING – A large fridge/freezer runs off propane, shore power, battery or generator. Microwave, stove & sink sit atop a large counter easily accessible to the back door and main cabin. Flexible table placement.
BATHROOM – Comfy, spacious full bath with an apt-sized shower, marine toilet, sink, vent, heat duct, mirror and cabinets.
STORAGE – Cavernous! 2 massive storage bays accessible from inside and out for gear and coach batteries. +3 outside bays, +6 overhead cabinets + full closet, under-bench storage areas , pantrys, drawers etc.
AESTHETICS – The big, open interior is a Zen-like space.
MEDIA – We removed the TV and external stereo but will transfer them with the RV if you choose to reinstall them.
EXTERIOR FEATURES - Large power awning – worn but works well. Rear ladder accesses a large flat roof; handy for stargazing. The backup camera stays on while you drive, functioning like a rear view mirror. Generous screened, sliding windows provide views and airflow; three fanned vents and an air conditioner keep the air fresh and cool.
WHAT’S WRONG? – A few wrinkles in the skin above the cab, a few cosmetic nicks, dings and exterior decal fading one would expect from a vehicle w/50,000 miles. Interior, suspension and mechanical are in *excellent* condition.
