• Maxxair bath vent that works even if its raining it; will pull air through the whole camper if you like
• Goodyear 8-ply tires; helps tremendously with trailer sway going down the road

• Andersen weight distribution hitch; lightweight, easy to use and yes you can back with it on
• Four upgraded stabilizers which are quick to lower and helps minimize shaking; also including the blocks
• New full queen mattress
• Silverware drawer added below stove; unit did not come with any drawers
• Privacy curtains on both bunks
• Added storage below queen bed that also provided reinforcement for the bed
• Curtains on windows
• Hooks and storage bins around the camper
• New USB charging port in lower bunk
• New 24" color TV on swivel mount
• Keyless entry - wonderful!
• Freshwater hoses with pressure gauge and new water filter
• Sewer hose with adapter (stores inside bumper)
• 30a power cable with 20a dogbone adapter; can run AC on 20a
• Pull out shelf with gas BBQ grill included along with small tank plus adapter for big tank
• Checklist for setup and teardown
• One hour of training

Maintenance done yearly includes:

• Roof cleaning
• Covered all winter - cover included
• Both wheels greased
• Air checked in all tires including spare
• Battery tendered every winter
• Proper winterization including air blowout and antifreeze
• Water heater anode checked; spare new one included
