This trailer has 2 slideouts, some new weather stripping needs installed (included), newer water lines, upgrade kitchen sink faucet, new tire skirts, upgraded sewer outlet. May need heating system checked. Thie has been to California's Redwood Forest, a trip up to British Columbia, Yukon, and Alaska along the Alaska Highway dow to Homer, AK, up to Fairbanks, and places along the Alaska Highway system. Great riding trailer wiht a nice diesel powered Pickup. Needs a few small repairs inside, nothing serious. Relatively new tires, replaced in Alaska. Has been setting on our parking pad for 4 years without moving. I'll have it ready to go when a buyer comes to pick it up. I have no means to move this 5th wheel anymore.
