Great condition. Used very little. It comes with all the water hoses with filters, sewer hoses, electric cables, wheel chocks, rearview camera and anti-sway tow hitch so you can hook and go. Also comes with a cover for the offseason. This has the thermal package which comes with a larger furnace, and an enclosed and heated undercarriage. There are 2 AC units. One ducted unit and an additional unit in the rear bedroom. Plenty of heat in the winter and plenty of cooling in the summer.
