This is a very well maintained and upgraded camper. It sleeps 10, with 6 beds being in bedrooms, thus keeping the living area open.

Tons of Upgrades:
I upgraded to the dual AC units. I added the accessory heat in the new AC unit. We bought rugs and cut them to shape to add a little more charm. The floors are in great condition. It has had very little use. All new tires were installed in Dec. of 2022. Upgraded stereo and speakers. Vent covers on all vents. Upgraded oversized propane tanks. Upgraded larger brand new deep cycle battery. Installed retractable awnings over both slideouts. Currently winterized. Comes with stabilizer hitch. Call if you have any questions.
