This fifth wheel is in emaculate condition. Spacious and in amzing shape. You'll think it's straight off the showroom floor. This unit will make you feel right at home when you're out camping in the elments. It has only had one other owner before myself. I've only had it for a year after buying from Sprad's RV in Reno. Since the purchase it has not been used and is only sitting in the back yard. The matress in the master suite has been upgraded to a plush brand new memory foam mattress. This trailer only extends out 24 feet past the end of the truck so you can get in the hard to fit camping sites. We have the Anderson hitch set up on it right now which is a breeze to hook up and release. I wish I could hold on to this trailer but I'll be moving and won't have the room to store it.
