For sale due to a change in circumstances, not because we don’t love this unit. In the past two years, we have added a new TV and replaced the air conditioner and the hot water heater. In the past month to prepare the unit for sale, we had the bearings repacked, installed brand-new Good Year tires, replaced a cracked skylight, replaced a roof vent, installed a new anode rod, and installed a brand-new Napa deep cycle battery.
