This RPOD has less then 30 days of use. We bought it in January of this year from an older couple. The man fell ill in 2021 and they could no longer use it. It has sat winterized and unused since fall of 2020. It is still winterized as we still have not used it! They purchased it new in 2019, before COVID and production quality issues built in early 2020. It is smoke free and pet free. It has a huge dinette on a slide, queen bed, and an outdoor kitchen. The RV has plenty of room packed into its 22 feet of length. The interior is filled with tons of storage! Has a burner stove, convection microwave, plenty of table and counter space. Outside the RV has a nice electric awning with led lights, outdoor speakers, kitchen with grill, propane quick connect and basin. There is a utility hose, a ladder for access to the walkable roof, and a nice sized passthrough storage. At a GVWR of 4,762lbs this RV can be towed by many SUVs and any truck. It comes with electric jacks with cover, upgraded metal rails and clips for pantry shelving, battery shut off switch, bubble levels, and swivel valves for the water drain lines. The previous owners added a cold water diverter at the rear of the camper to keep the downspout away from the electrical connection. It also will include weight distribution hitch, anti-sway bar, and everything needed to get out and start camping. It is in excellent condition, just about brand new! We have not used and it is still Winterize. We are selling only because I thought this would be great for my close to me horse trips, as I sold my horse trailer with living quarters. I was wrong, going back to a horse trailer!
