Selling recently purchased 2018 Thor Majestic 28A (30’). Due to recent health issues, I can no longer travel as I was hoping to do this summer. I purchased it from Cruise America on October 12 2022 with the expectation of starting to travel this month. Since purchased, I put 119 miles on it just going back and forth from Cruise America in Henderson and a local RV repair shop for the upgrades. Miles at purchase was 118,541. Current odometer is 118,622 as shown in photo.

The unit was purchased refurbished and I also got the extended warranty (5 year/100,000 miles) and sales tax. I then upgraded many things to make it usable for someone either full time or longer trips. See below for list of much needed upgrades:

I encourage you to go to Cruise America to view the 28A model first to see what it looks like without all the upgrades. I spent over $8,000 (parts and labor) which you will get for free. Unit is ready to go on long hauls or even full time living now.

Selling for $5,000 less than what I paid for it (which was $52,300). Cruise America sells hundreds of these monthly and all virtually bare bones. So you will be saving all the time and money on the upgrades if you purchase this unit. Cruise America does not negotiate on price also. So, overall you will be saving over $13,000.
