Bunk room was torn out and modified into a storage area. It is not entirely complete but it's ready to install your own shelving or closet racks as you might want! It could work as a perfect walk-in closet or gear room. I lived in it full time for six months and was working on maximizing my space. Fantastic storage space all over the camper---I just have a lot of clothes and camping gear.

Hangared for the first three and a half years. Used Only to travel to Reno from Vegas once each year and used for that week.
Used as a personal live-in camper for 6 months before being parked for another 11 months. I moved to Alaska and cannot keep storing it, so it has to be sold. I had so much fun with it. Very easy to tow with my Ford Explorer and keep maintained as a single adult.

Ideal buyer is someone interested in cashier check or cash purchase as I still have a loan through a credit union on the camper and want to make sure everything happens safely for myself and the buyer.
