Living area has two year old Kathy Ireland reclining swivel chairs and a courderoy sofa/hide a bed for guests.
TV is newer 40" Samsung Smart TV over the fireplace. Overhead cabinets on both sides of living area and in the kitchen. All cabinet doors and drawer fronts are solid wood. A convenient coat closet is adjacent the entry door.
In bedroom area the separate vanity and glass enclosed shower are separate from the toilet room for privacy. The walk-around king bed also has storage under the mattress. Plenty of mirrored closet space is next to additional shelf storage where it is also pre-plumbed for washer & dryer.
The bedroom is also pre-wired for a wall mounted TV.
Both slide outs are covered by slide toppers and the Carefree awning was replaced just 3 years ago.
