I’m selling my 2011 Crossroads Hampton Destination Series Travel Trailer. We had the bearings greased, electric brakes checked, and new tires and house batteries installed in 2022. Also installed gas forced hot water (endless RV shower!), and clothes dryer. The trailer has hot and cold water hookups for a washing machine, but we found RV washers to be unreliable, and did not replace ours when it broke. The dryer works fine. Installed an automatic gas tank switch, so no more running a tank dry! There are three skylights, and many windows for circulation. The trailer comes with the Nordic package, so the bottom is covered, and the forced hot air furnace is vented through the bottom to prevent pipes from freezing. The walls and roof are insulated and the roof can be walked on. The insulated walls also help make the interior very quiet. Full queen sized bed in the bedroom. AC, heat, and all of the appliances work, and this model even has a small oven built in! The roof was resurfaced by Pete’s rv 4 years ago (the roof is supposed to last 10 years and has no leaks, but no warranty). Comes with a blue ox tow bar with sway bars. The trailer weighs 7,974 per the registration, I have clear title. I'd recommend a 3/4 ton vehicle or above for towing. Had planned a cross country retirement trip, but back issues have made that impossible. The trailer can be seen by appointment in Mansfield, MA.
