1977 GMC Motorhome for sale. Located on Swan Island in Portland, Oregon. We are not the original owners. This is a 47 year old Motorhome, so it will need some love and attention. Sold as is with no warranty. Great project! Unique and classic design, the GMC Motorhome was way ahead of its time when launched.

Pros:

For sale is our 1977 GMC Motorhome. It is in good condition with a nearly new engine and transmission, as well as many new parts. The model is Royale by Coachmen edition. This motorhome is in good condition with an all original interior. Sleeps 4 with a double bed as well as two twin beds. Interior has a refrigerator, 4 burner stove, microwave, and even has its original Nutone food center base. The original Onan generator starts easily and works great. The engine has been rebuilt within the last 5 thousand miles, as well as the transmission. Newer tires. Maintenance records since 2013. The exterior is original tan paint, but has been wrapped in a gloss yellow wrap which is easily removable. The last photo shows what the paint looks like before it was wrapped. A nice original motorhome ready for its new owner. Maintained as a fleet vehicle for years, but never used as an RV by us (only used as a marketing vehicle). It is company owned (we are not an RV dealer).

Cons:

Interior is a project and needs some work. Recently, transmission is dripping ATF out of the vent tube at a slow rate, which should be addressed. Price is OBO, so make offer. Thank you.
