This motorhome is in good overall condition and is fully functional and operational. The engine runs great. The roof is sound. All appliances work well. Owners were non-smokers. There are no bad odors, mustiness or mildew in the home. All plumbing and sewage is fully functional. There are a few minor cosmetic issues. Namely: the exterior decorative decals show some fading and cracking, the faux leather on the couch and chairs is flaking, but have seat covers, and some minor wear and tear from normal use.
This motorhome is approximately 31 feet in length and features the Ford Triton V10 engine, automatic hydraulic leveling system, backup camera, ducted heat and A/C, Onan gas generator, power visor, 2 slide outs, 2 patio awnings, black tank rinsing system, water filtration system, exterior shower, fiberglass roof with ladder, microwave, 3 burner range with oven, power drop-down loft in front.
