This is a solid 2006 Frontier Explorer T265S trailer with lots of storage and sleeping space.
It has had past water damage. The back corner was rebuilt in 2015. The front corner, roof, and decking were replaced in 2017.
The bedroom was remodeled in 2017 with a new queen mattress. USB outlets and lights were added at the head of the bed. There are four drawers and a closet in the bedroom along with expanded storage under the bed (see pics).
In the living area there is couch that folds out to a bed. The dinette slide-out also folds down to a bed and has storage underneath the benches. There is a double bed lower bunk and twin upper bunk. The shower has an extending shower rod for more room in the shower.
Microwave, heater, air conditioner, fridge, water heater, and stove top all work. We never used the oven so don’t know if it works. Manual awning is less than 5 years old.
It has an electric tongue jack (replaced last year). I am including one set of Lynx levelers, two spare tires, two 20# propane tanks, two tire covers, two dual-wheel chocks, the weight-distributing hitch with stabilizer, a fresh water hose, and a sewer hose.
There is a repair to the driver's side wall. There is also a water spot on the ceiling from a leak that has been repaired (I drew a line around it to make sure it hasn't grown since the repair in 2017).
Priced to sell. We are empty nesters and downsized/upgraded to a small class C.
