2014 Thor Majestic 30ft ~137k miles $38,000 V10 – well maintained machine. Generator has ~15 hours on it.
Things I know are wrong: The toilet works fine, but the base is cracked and needs to be replaced. The bumper has some rust on it. There is some regular wear from it being 8 years old and taken several cross country trips. The shower door sticks a bit. The left side brushed up against a large tire, and one of the locks to a panel has a crack in it. Still works. The RV door has two locks – only the top one works. The refrigerator will open if it is full and you take a hard turn, we used a child lock to secure it on our last trip. Missing a front left hubcap. The drivers side mirror will need to be replaced (just the mirror piece, not the whole thing). The cover has a tear in it (so I was told, I’ve owned it for a year, and have never used it). The front left AC vent is missing a piece.
All these being known, $34k is still a fair price.
