2006. (Ad headline says 2002) Completely renovated the interior. All new tongue and groove subfloor, LVT flooring , New instant hot water tank for endless hot water. Re vamped ductwork system. New inverter and batteries. Removed the old tub. New stand up shower and plumbing fixtures. No roof leaks.
New skylight and 2 roof vents with fans. Custom bench, and kitchenette. Replaced all brakes,hubs, tires, break shoes,bearings. Rewired all low voltage and trailer running lights. A/C is original but works well. Awning is original works fine some stains and normal wear and tear. Kitchen sink,microwave,oven, refrigerator and freezer ,and cabinets are original but function perfectly. Freshwater holding tank and new domestic water pump.New electric tongue jack with light. There's an exterior gas line for outdoor grilling. We reworked revamped some exterior details but for the most part it's all original and in very good condition.
My daughter and I purchased this as a pandemic project that kept growing. The finished project is quite nice and comfortable. She has now moved out of state and she has only been able to use it 3 times so we want to pass it on to someone who will enjoy.
we probably have over $10,000.00 invested not including the time. Just did everything possible to make this luxurious, road safe and secure. She towed it to Disney and back without a problem.
