This RV was used as a rental that is why it is so heavilly discounted and why the mileage is so high, she has been just about everywhere. The engine has been well maintained its entire life. I get regular full synthetic oil changes so there isn't any deposit buildup in the engine. And it has had its tuneps done and other regular maintenance as well. Could easilly get another 200000 miles out of her! The tires and brakes were just replaced last season and are still almost new. Comes with 3600 watt generator, a 2000watt inverter and new marine battery, which was replaced last year. It also has a back up camera installed. This RV does have quite a bit of cosmetic damage to the outside and interior from being used so often(knocks and scratches. All of the systems work as they should. I.E. the hot water heater and fridge. I do need to service the generator though. Also the RV doesn't leak there is no awning and there is a ton of storage space in the back compartment. If you have any carpentry skills this RV is right up your alley.
