Outdoor kitchen (cabinets, sink, microwave) - outdoor fridge, two doors (back door leads to self contained bunk room with jackknife couch, bathroom, entertainment center, closets etc. Has two separate black and grey tanks - have added a fireplace - has two TV's - new battery and lp detector - has Maxxim tires (3 years old less than 1000 miles) - washer/dryer hookup -- kept under cover and we did not use that much - Spring Breaks while our 3 daughters were growing up at Top Sail (about 3 hours) - normally just once a year - maybe twice at the most -- will add more later - only selling because we are putting in a boat house on lake (our girls have all got married and moved away and our camping buddies got rid of their 5th wheel, so guess wife and I are in our pontoon years) - This includes our Pullrite 4400 Superglide hitch and the capture plate for the trailer - I have it in a shortbed 2008 GMC 2500 Duramax that I've used to pull trailer since it was new (we are original owner) - this hitch prevents contact with back cab of truck and it is an auto slider so you don't have to do anything to back up.
