Practically Brand new no signs of wear of any kind, purchased in October of 2022, only slept in a few times and that was either on the couch or the master, bunk room never touched. Purchased to park at our parents while building a new house but have made sleeping arrangements workout to where we no longer need it. 35ft, sleeps 8-10. Queen size master bed and bunk room perfect for kids to have their own room! Large dining table can be made into a bed along with the couch as well.
