It has aluminum framing and Azdel Onboard (mold/mildew resistant). PVC Membrane on the roof is walkable and completely maintenance free with a 15 year manufacturers warranty. There is a 21' awning, sturdy platform steps, exterior griddle station, sink, spray hose attachment and refrigerator. Porch light and LED awning lights. Exterior/Interior Furrion sound system. Solar panel, 15000 BTU AC unit, dual propane tanks, electric tongue jack. Very large pass-through storage area toward front.
