Description
For sale is a 2014 Keystone Montana Mountaineer, Model 345DBQ. This is a 4-season bunkhouse model fifth wheel trailer, meaning lots of beds or places to sleep! I can personally attest to the 4-season claim – I’ve lived in this trailer in -30 degree ambient outside temperatures!
There are two bunks and a single leatherette couch that fold out with a self-inflating mattress in the back bedroom. There is a fold-out couch in the living room area that converts to a queen-size bed, and the main bedroom has a king-size bed with under-bed storage.
There is an abundance of storage space throughout the trailer, both underneath and inside. The back bedroom has drawers and cabinets that reach the ceiling, cabinets on both sides of the living room area, sliding- door closet space and dresser drawers in the front bedroom.
This trailer comes with two bathrooms, one in front, and one in back. The front bathroom also has a garden tub shower. The front bedroom cabinet area is plumbed for a washer/dryer hookup, but the cabinets can be used for storage otherwise.
This fifth wheel is great for families, grandparents with the grand kids, full-timers, or for use during construction projects. Most recently, it was used for full-time living in the Chicago area and worked fantastic.
There is room for another couch on the other side of the back room, but it was removed and used as an office with a desk.
This trailer is stored in a climate-controlled building in Monee, IL. There are no water leaks and the roof is in great shape!
All new Goodyear Endurance tires + spare in 2022!

Extras:
- Custom-fit, heavy duty vinyl skirting for winter living
- Wood stairs
- 50-amp power cord
- 50-amp surge protector
- Sewer hoses and attachments
- Inside dehumidifiers
- Hitch tripod
- In 2018, there was a major tire blowout, which took some of the metal siding with it. The area has been repaired with no issues, but the metal doesn’t match the original paint. Picture of repair under progress is in the photos.
- One of the slides in the back room has a weak floor at the very back. This was the case when I bought the trailer in 2018, and I have made repairs to fix the water intrusion area and strengthen the flooring.
- Both toilets have weak spring-back action on the flush pedal when flushing.
- The leatherette finish on the couch in the main living area is starting to flake off.
