This sale will include everything needed to leave my property to go on your next big camping adventure, except for a sewage hose and a water hose filter; other than those two items, everything else is included (full list below).

This unit has an RV King bed, with a separating wall from the bedroom to the living area. All windows, except the window above the sink, have been professionally tinted. This unit does have an electric awning and tongue jack. It also has a black tank flush and an outdoor shower.

The unit does have 4 areas of cosmetic damage. (1) The exterior J wrap at the front of the unit has frayed, (2) the aluminum skirting on the driver’s side has been zip tied, as the screws have come out during travel, (3) the CO2 alarm needs to be installed; the factory sensor went out and I haven’t installed the new one. The new one is included, it just needs to be installed. We put a Lowes stick on sensor under the dinette to get us by while the other was on back order. (4) The shower faucet drips into the shower pan. I took it to Camping World to get it fixed; they said it was the shower head. I replaced the shower head and it still drips. Pictures of these issues will be included.

I had the unit serviced in December 2021 and Camping World also applied their roof protection maintenance at that time.
