Past resolved problems.

A mounting Screw Leak on top of front cap caused damage to fascia board by bed – Leak professionally repaired. New Solid wood fascia installed and looks original.

Minor leak on internal part of outside shower. I always disconnect the internal water pipes and seal them off. The seal had a small drip that I was unaware off, it caused a slight discoloration of base board on back wall ( not visiable behind furniture. The seal was repaired and stopped the leak.

Kitchen slide had outside under floor water damage. The damage was limited to ¼ round spot of about 16”. The spot was Leak professionally repaired and is solid and functional.

There is a tiny ½” spot of swelling of base board near bottom edge of kitchen slide. Not leaking after, exterior seal on Kitchen & entertainment slides as well as exterior D seal on wardrobe slide replaced 2022.
