My wife and I bought this in 2016 brand new when a flood hit Louisiana. After we lost our home, we had the idea to hit all 50 states. Unfortunately, we didn't have the chance due to life's natural circumstances. It is a wonderful camper with tons of charm. It has a little wear and tear due to the southern weather. Nothing out of the ordinary though. The sofa will need a cover or replaced. It has the faux leather that has started to peel off. We installed a washer/dryer that will be included. We upgraded the TV in the living room. We are selling it because we don't use it. This is the kind of 5th-wheel camper that begs to be used; down to being equipped with an outdoor grill/bar and shower. It has been cleaned and detailed. A new awning has just been installed. If you'd like to take a look, you are more than welcome to come on down. It would need to be picked up. I can include all extra equipment bought for use including hoses, grill, septic grinder, etc.
