Purchased in Maine, but only driven on summer roads, this trailer is in excellent condition and has been lovingly maintained by capable owners. Gear up for the 2023 camping season, or enjoy some winter camping as this camper is four-season rated! If you recognize the name Lance, you know these trailers are high-performers in cold weather. We regularly used this trailer down to 0F and stayed comfortable the entire time! As previously stated, this trailer has been maintained above and beyond the manufacturer's recommended schedule and was washed/waxed almost every month each summer to maintain the gelcoat.

Modifications:
- Removed glass shower doors and replaced with a curtain rod. Much easier to clean and maintain, plus more room in the shower.
- Removed rear "J-Couch" to open up more space in the back of the RV. Huge improvement that allows you to utilize the space more efficiently. Great opportunity to put in some nicer chairs, build a bunk for children, or create a storage bench.
- Removed RV mattress. Great opportunity to install your favorite queen mattress and save your back in the long run.
- Installed new aluminum plate backsplash behind stovetop. Previous backsplash was vinyl, and warped easily.
- Shoe organizer installed under the foot of the bed.
- Custom cherry wood sink covers.
