This Coach is in good condition, and has been maintained yearly. It has been washed with a wash/wax every time we went on a trip. All slideout seals get conditioning twice a year. Slideout mechanisms are lubricated at least twice a year. Engen gets oil and oil filter changed yearly using Synthetic oil. The suspension has been upgraded to include stering stablizer and front and rear tracking bars. This Coach handles nicely and is not affected when Semi's pass. The interior is clean and stain free. Do not let the 30ft size fool you. When all three slideouts are open it is very comfortable inside. We have spent over four months living in it doing contract work and never felt uncomfortable living in it. All in all it is a small but comfortable living configuration.
