Good rubber on tires and outside good shape. No accidents, no smoking, no pets and never lived in. The Onan Generator runs great . We love this RV perfect for a retired couple because its so easy to use. The big windows are a big plus also we also put a large screen TV in the RV. The water tanks are 50 Gallons Fresh, 40 Gal Grey, 40 Gal Black.
