This is Winnie, is a 33 foot long Class A manufactured in 2001. I am the third owner, I purchased her in summer 2021 from my good friends.
She has 26,600 miles, six brand new tires replaced last July that are still under warranty, new vinyl flooring, a working backup cam, leather sleeper couch, short queen memory foam mattress, microwave, three burner stove, oven, toilet, shower. The generator works great but I've never had to use it. She's had her oil changed three weeks ago, and the mechanic checked her brakes before I drove her south to California. She's now in Sonoma County, and has solar power as well!
The issues with her are mostly cosmetic - faded decals, and the bathroom door was removed by the previous owner. the coolant holder needs to be replaced (easy fix). Awning is like new, it was replaced by the previous owner after it was damaged in a storm.
Clean title, I am the third owner and I've maintained her as much as my budget would allow. I've spent approximately 7k in the past year on new tires, flooring and installation, registration to 2024 and new plates, repair of backup cam, new water hose, sewer hose and stand.
I want something a little smaller that's easier to park (I drive all over with my Elite Connections membership). If you're looking for a solid rig with low miles that doesn't need a lot of work, Winnie is for you!
