No work needed on the trailer I did everything to this trailer so that it was maintenance free. We have a family of 5 and it worked great. One on the dinette, one on the scissor couch and a twin blow up.
We chose to not have bunks because the kids don’t go camping with us all the time. 
The bathroom is huge.
Very clean and well taken care off.
