This Trailer was Purchased new and has never been on the road except for the delivery and to have new tires put on, so no more that 500 miles on it. This trailer was used for computer gaming. the Dinette was removed which is why the jack knife couch is in the slideout. the pass though area under the bed has been framed in to keep smells out. see the pictures. All Appliances are unsed and there are Corian countertops. the other slideout contains the Kitchen. All lights are LED. With the Vizio tv is the iRV tech DVD, AM/FM Stereo with sound bar below the tv and 2 speakers on the slide out outisde. As you can see in the pictures, there is alot of storage cabinets. The awning is powered and also has LED lights on it. The leveling jacks are electric both front and rear.
This is a very clean trailer that was hardly used. I have a clear/clean Nevada Title in hand with no Leins. I would prefer to do a wire transfer to my bank only
