2013 Jayco Pinnacle 5th Wheel 36REQS in good condition. It has 4 sliders, two A/C's, king bed, W/D connections. Unit comes with a portable propane Generator and two 20lb. propane tanks. It has two TVs, and a stereo system. There are two batteries. Unit has built in feaux fireplace. It has a deck on the back, which makes it approximately 39' long. Central heat works great. We used the fireplace and portable electric heaters to save propane. This unit has a large kitchen with awesome counter space (feaux marble). It has an amazing amount of storage, both inside and out. Kitchen sink is two-sided and deeper than most units. Double refrigerator works. It has a microwave and propane oven+cooktop. The bedroom king mattress (very comfortable and in great shape) is included. There is storage under the bed. Bedroom closet is huge and has built-in shelving. There is also shelving next to the 19" TV and a built-in dresser. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. This RV has UNBELIEVABLE storage space, including two basement areas. The controller for the electric leveler acts up. The manual ones are fine though. The awing is in good shape. No visible tears and it operates fine. All sliders are in good operating condition. The roof was completely re-sealed last August. The interior has normal wear and tear. The floor is solid and the carpet and vinyl is in good shape.
This unit is a great investment for families, hunters, or workers that travel. We have just moved into a house and no longer have need for an RV. Price is negotiable upon inspection. Thanks for looking.
