Description
I am not an RV person, so doing my best here. I am needing to get this sold. Since the paint is not perfect, it is a bargain! The RV has had three owners. I bought it for a political campaign from two retired Army officers. I sold it to a friend when we lost the campaign, and then I bought it back last year (2022) as we were starting a house redo and needed a place to office/kitchen and his kids had aged out of the RV. It is time for it to find an owner who wants to use it for fun adventures. It is ready for the Spring/Summer as is. OK, the details. The couch and kitchen table benches have been redone with top line Sumbrella fabric and new foam. The bed is memory foam as well. The front seats have covers. All the finishes, woods, floors, cabinets show little wear and work as designed. The carpet is cheap (as they are in RV's) but have consistently steam cleaned nicely as we used it. No one will find any fault with the flooring. There is no rot or such in any wall or roof. We have some bubbled wallpaper/sticker under one window due to a teenager who had a rager in it and left a window open and it got wet form rain. It is in great condition; it is currently winterized, we used it all spring summer and Fall. Working: Ceiling AC, all lights, both slide-outs, hot water heater, water pump, toilet (used twice by accident as dealing with black water tank was an issue in the driveway,) appliances, Steps retract, Awnings work, etc. I Ran engine and generator weekly. No known leaks or engine/transmission concerns. It comes with a car tow set-up, I have never used it, never took it out of the basement storage, never used the wiring. But we have lots of instructions in the paperwork package. It starts on the first crank, as does the generator. The window seals are odd (See pix) and the back window seal is receding (but not leaking.)The paint is "iffy," not that the paint is bad, but the "wrap" we put on it for the campaign left glue residual when we took the wrap off (see pictures.) It all is cosmetic (except for the back corner where we rubbed a barrier and broke the fiberglass.) If I was keeping it, I would do the following: fix the bumper, change all the locks on the basement doors, fix the window seals, enjoy the heck out of it for long trips. It is in Connecticut, but I have a home in south Florida and am willing to drive it to your home. Let's talk about making it yours.
