Bought new & literally have never used it, it's never been slept in. We just don't have the time. Mattress upgraded to pillowtop, new TV, large full size refrigerator. It comes with everything you need to camp. I've even got a satellite kit for dish network I'll throw in with it. I'm in Lexington SC & I do still owe on it.
