Condition is overall good. The Northern lite is a well built Fiberglass shell Truck Camper. The Fiberglass shell on these do not have a wood backer and that eliminates the possibility of delamination. There is no delamination on this unit. There is some previous water damage on the inside storage compartments on the sides of the bed. There are 2 small cracks that have been sealed on the off  door side back corner. Our price of $9,900 has these issues taken into account.
