Have had 10 years. Wife just passed so want to sell. Everything works and run perfectly. Gets 10 MPG when you cruise at 60 MPH. Originally purchased as a bridge to a new home later but it worked out so well we kept it. Made monthly 150 mile roundtrips to Gulfport, Mississippi so has not been setting around. Has a few dings appropriate with age. Biggest flaw is both miorrors have housing cracks but work fine. I am setting the price to compensate for that. One roof air only three months old and both blow cold air. The awning is electric nd in good condition. I'll upload plenty of good photos for anyone to determine condition. The tires are several years old and have no dry rot.
