Like new, very clean, kept under cover and one owner. Upgraded the mattress. There is a tear on the couch but it's hidden until you pull out the bed. Lots of storage underneath. Great for kids - bunk beds with tvs in both. Pull out bowls and look out window for pets. Never been smoked in. TV on outside, bedroom, both bunks and above the table. Radio in bedroom plays inside and out. Smog certificate just completed. Ready to sell.
