GREAT COACH for traveling, tailgating (baseball, football), and enjoying life with family and friends! It has been to the Grand Canyon, Zion Nat Park, Glacier Nat Park, Mount Rushmore, and much more. Make great memories and travel in style! This Newmar Dutch Star 4369 is in beautiful condition on the inside with all the amenities you could ever want! Four TV's, two satellite dishes (both HD and SD), washer/dryer, stove, microwave, dishwasher, two bathrooms (one powder bath, one master bath), full size shower, three (3) A/C units/zones, OASIS water heater, heated floors, Garnett digital tank monitoring, and much more!!! All the upholstry was replaced in 2018 by Newmar (factory defect) so that's in great shape as well. All tires are were replaced in 2022, engine batteries are new as of Jan 2023, and house batteries were replaced in 2020. Coach been regularly serviced at a Frieghtliner dealership, and all warranty work on the inside has been done by a Newmar dealer. For an LSU football fan I'll even throw in a RV parking pass in Touchdown Village 1 for the 2023 season. :-). This is a phenomenal RV that will sell fast!
