This ALL ELECTRIC Newmar Dutchstar 4369 is an outstanding coach floor plan and perhaps the most popular of the Newmar line of coaches. The full wall slide creates a spacious feeling and provides incredibly easy access to all the coach's features. This is an extremely enjoyable home away from home. The "Comfort Drive", long wheelbase and tag axle makes this a pleasure to drive and this especially on long days.

Six tires are less than 3 years old, two tires are less than 5 years old. All wheels have Centramatic dynamic wheel balancers for a smooth driving experience. They also have internal TST tire pressure sensors for real-time monitoring of tire pressure and temperatures.

Significant upgrades to enhance the enjoyment of this coach include:

• 3 X 300 amp hour lithium batteries for the house for more useable amp hours than standard deep cycle batteries.
• Magnum Energy ME-ARC advanced charge controller to properly charge batteries.
• Progressive Industries EMS-HW50C Hardwire RV Surge Protector - W/Remote Display.
• Improved water filtration including whole-coach Reverse Osmosis (RO) water filtering. With a simple change of a lever, you have a choice to:
• Fill the water tank with RO water. This system has a fast recovery rate to handle all normal usage including laundry needs.
• Fill the fresh tank through 2 sediment filters instead of the single filter that was stock. This is useful when full hook ups are not available.
• Upgraded water pump for better whole-house water pressure.
• SeeLevel tank and battery monitor with a warning light to let you know when you need to dump the black and grey tanks or if the freshwater tank gets low. Much better than the original Newmar tank/battery monitor.
• The couch was newly replaced at the time of our purchase and the recliners have been replaced since.
• DirecTV Satellite Dish.
• Customized black tank flush set up eliminates the need for an extra hose. Turn a lever and it does its job.
• Upgraded thermostat with Bluetooth/WIFI notification/control capabilities.
