I bought this Unit in September 2022 is in excellent shape inside and out. Just replaced stereo and receiver system, they replaced the windsheild and batteries.I also replaced both air conditioner covers. I have it winterized now. My wife and myself have used around 4 times, we have no pets. The slideout is in living room and bedroom. Has 2 couches one opens up with air mattress and the other folds out. Also has queen bed in the bedroom. They don't build them like this anymore. The quallity of the cabinets is very noticable the new coaches come with particle board and peel after a short time. I just dropped the price 3000 . Don't pay 100 thousand plus. Thank you for looking.
