This is a family owned 2020 Shasta 31OK purchased new from Happy Campers RV in Lafayette, IN. in Sept 2020 and has traveled on less than 10 family trips. Mattress in master was replaced w/ memory foam mattress. Bunk rails and ladder added to bunk room, bank mattress' included. U-shaped dinette converts to bed, couch that folds into bed. Will include pillows and blanket for couch. Outdoor kitchen has mini fridge for kid and adult drinks, sink and storage, no stove but I keep a Webber Q grill in there no problem. 30amp service, 1 HVAC, 1 battery, no solar, comes with all electric, fresh water and sewer hoses, hose support accordian, leveling blocks, factory stabalizer's and factory electric tongue jack. Overall this TT is lightly used and has been stored at my house since purchased. Tires are factory but are in good condition w/ spare on back bumper. Will consider selling the ox swaypro weight distribution hitch for additional $$. I have towed this trailer behind my 2016 Ram 1500 (hemi v8) w/ no issues for the past 2 summers, equivalent truck and competent driver will be fine (I know there will be differing opinions so do your own research). **I have a loan through Old National Bank that will be paid off and title will be provided after Bank closes loan. I've done this many times with cars and boats and its not an issue**
