We are selling our pre-Covid (delivered to local dealer in November, 2019) 2020 Cedar Creek Hathaway, 36CK2, that is in outstanding condition!  As the original owners, we have taken great care of this wonderful rig and know you will enjoy it as much as we have.  

When you come into the rig, you are struck by how roomy it is.  It has an island kitchen, with double sink, a three burner gas stove and oven, as well as a microwave/convection oven combo.  The refrigerator is a residential French door type with ice maker.  There is great cabinet storage and a large pantry.  The dining table does expand and there are four comfortable chairs that go with it.  The living room area has a nice 50 inch tv, mounted on a swing arm, a built in DVD player with the music control head, two reclining theatre style seats, and a nice electric fireplace that keeps you warm without firing up the furnace!  There are multiple USB ports located in this area, including on each recliner!

As you go toward the front, there is an onboard vacuum cleaner that is very handy as it’s in the area of the entry door.  The control panel is in a small closet in this area, which controls many of the trailer’s functions.  There is an app that can be downloaded, but we have never used it as it’s just as easy for us to go through our routine when we’re setting up.  The bathroom is very roomy, with his and hers double sinks and a spacious stand up shower with multi function shower head.  The bedroom has a King bed with an upgraded mattress that is just as nice as our home one and has a USB port on each side of it.  There is ample dresser and closet space with washer and dryer connections in the closet, as well as a King, RV Wi-Fi setup and a mounted tv facing the bed.  There is a small electric heater that will keep you good and warm on those cooler nights.  

There is great storage in the front compartment as well as the side to side main compartment.  There is a vacuum port in the main one and the compartments are lit.  The water and waste controls are located on a panel that has a fresh water connection as well as a black water tank flush.

Several extras included are a Kuat 2-bike rack that fits into the rear receiver, a new awning sunscreen, a new pair of wheel chocks, and a new rear bumper stabilizer bar.  We will consider selling our 2019 Ford F-350 as part of a package deal.  Looking forward to talking with you about our rig!
