If you're looking for an RV thats big enough to be comfortable, but not too big that it makes it hard to get into state parks, this is your unit. I love the layout because it has a KING sized bed, a large closet made specifically for a STACKABLE WASHER & DRYER. I've cooked so many great meals in this kitchen. I LOVE the layout! This RV has so much storage inside and out! Plus you'll be getting two A/C units, awnings over both slides, and three televisions. If you're looking for a full time RV life style or to take long, extended trips, this unit is REALLY a great unit. I've had a 39' travel trailer, a 42' fifth wheel toy hauler and now this 30' 11" Class C. Each of them have their pros and cons, but hands down this is the easiest one to back up into a camp site. To sweeten the deal, I'm including Blue Ox hitch and the breaking system. All you need to do is have a plate installed on your towing vehicle. Just for clarification, this unit offers a king bed, a bed over the cab which can sleep two, a dinette booth that converts to a very small bed for two small children and it has theater seating which could be taken out and be replaced with a jack knife sofa to sleep one.
