This Camper is spot less, the entire Camper has been gone through and guaranteed to be Clean and well maintained everything works and in good condition. All of the exterior parts, like ladder, lock clips, hold down brackets, have been removed and powered coated, all locks upgraded, every nut and bolt replaced that was showing signs of aging has been replaced, all new seals on the doors and slider. Installed a new solar panel, controller and both batteries installed summer of 2020, roof is in perfect condition does have some discoloring due to sun, but the roof has been cleaned and conditioned. All new running lights installed on the exterior, new taillights, all lights work and have been cleaned. No water damage anywhere. Front overhang has been resealed and shows no sign of damage. This camper has been gone through and there is no yellowing on any of the plastic trims, they have all been replaced. The shower walls and floor replaced with new including the drain/hardware, Looks awesome. Exceptionally clean and has a bright white look. New toilet installed last season due to yellowing. Replaced the cab window shade. Gas/electric Ref. shows little or no sign of use, slight scuffing from shifting items, very clean, no damage. Jack motors working strong, Generator has 130.5 hours, unite was removed and gone through, all parts powder coated black, cleaned, and full serviced (replaced all filters, plug, oil) in 2022. Also, we installed brand new 8" memory foam mattress queen. (1/29/23 it's never been used)
This Camper was going to be our main camper but we decide to go a deferent way. So, I spared no expense and fixed everything like new. You will enjoy a well maintained RV for a great price. Thanks for looking!
