This is a very well made rig that we ordered brand new in 2013. We ordered all the bells and whistles for comfort and easy set up. It is our fourth camper so we knew what we did and did not need. It is clean and well maintained. We have had no issues with it. We are only selling due to some family circumstances. We ordered the custom porch from a place in Texas. It makes it so easy to get in and out of the camper carrying groceries or laundry. It can be set up in about and hour and taken down in fifteen minutes. And fits in the bed of the truck when stored. We put a new awning cloth on in the fall of 22. We also have a Chevy Silverado 3500 diesel duelly we are selling for 17,000. It has been well maintained and all service and repairs have been logged. It got new tires in 2020 and is a good reliable truck that has plenty of power to pull and is all set up to pull with cameras and extendable mirrors. It has 166,000 miles on it.
