Need to sell by the end of February. This fifth wheel is ready to go! I’ve  moved it from its location on our property so it’s unhooked, empty, clean and ready to roll and licensed through April. 

A home away from home.  Extremely spacious fifth wheel with abundant storage. Plenty of room for you, family, and friends.  There is a king size bed in the slide out with three closets in the nose. One with a washer/dryer hook up, one with some additional shelving and another with double rods. There are two dressers one with side cabinets and the other with open shelves above it. The bedroom also has its own AC unit. There is a large shower with seating and a skylight for more headroom. Storage under the sink and above the upgraded porcelain toilet. Of course there's a mirrored medicine cabinet over the sink. The kitchen and dinning area are in opposing slide outs so there is lots of room to work in the kitchen comfortably. There is a walk around island with a double sink and a set of drawers to the right of the sinks. A decorative set of cabinets for your dishes sets above a large open counter space which has more cabinets and drawers under it so  there’s plenty of room for pots and pans.  The double door refrigerator and the huge pantry are in that kitchen slide out and has plenty of space for additional appliances. The dinning room table expands to seat 4 and is surrounded by windows so you have a bit of a view. The living room also has opposing slides with couches in each side that can be folded out to make beds. There are 2 theater chairs directly across from the fireplace and TV. Overhead there is a ceiling fan and additional storage and cabinets on all three walls of the living room. There is open side to side storage underneath with additional smaller compartments for propane tanks, generators and batteries. This trailer had upgraded batteries, premium coated roof, and toppers on all slide outs. We lived in this trailer on our property except for one winter when we went south. It was very comfortable to live in and we didn’t have any problems traveling with it either. I’m only selling it because my husband has passed away and I’m not comfortable towing something this big by myself.
